Established in 2015, K2 Housing emerged to provide real estate solutions that are practical and efficient in terms of functionality and design, with a specific focus on space optimization. Moreover, the Jordan-based property developer seeks to offer housing developments at good value with no compromise on quality.

CEO and Founder, Ali Tabbaa, aspired to redefine expectations in an already-saturated property market. Having studied interior design and human ergonomics, he noticed that residential spaces in Amman were not being utilized to their full capacity. Ali also recognized that market prices for apartments were especially higher than the actual quality provided. He was thus inspired to fill the market gap by delivering value-for-money real estate that is also space efficient.
